The sixth edition of the Kochi-Muziris Biennale, titled For the Time Being, will be concluding on March 31, 2026, 4 pm, after a 110-day run that redefined collaborative contemporary art in India. Curated by multidisciplinary artist Nikhil Chopra along with HH Art Spaces, the exhibition opened on December 12, 2025 and unfolded across 29 venues spanning Fort Kochi, Mattancherry, Willingdon Island and Ernakulam, with Aspinwall House serving as the central hub.

Contemporary Indian artist Kulpreet Singh, a participating artist of the 6th edition of the Kochi-Muziris Biennale, has won the Hayward Gallery/Kochi-Muziris Biennale (HG-KMB) Award. Singh’s project Indelible Black Marks will open at Hayward Gallery HENI Project Space on June 16 and continue until August 2, co-presented by Kochi-Muziris Biennale and supported by TNQ Foundation.

Dear friends and supporters, In fewer than 30 days, the sixth edition of the Kochi-Muziris Biennale will come to a close. As we gear up to welcome a final surge of visitors over the next few weeks, we also begin to take stock of what these months have meant.
